Bayard and Holmes, the spy thriller team are doing a Flash Fiction contest on their website at bayardandholmes.com. The article is CLIFFSIDE ROSE on their blog.
There’s a photo of a rose at the edge of a cliff, and entrants tell the story of what it means and how it got there.
Next week, voting on entries opens, and the entry with the most votes wins. Actually, the top three get a copy of Down and Dead in Dixie, and the #1 winner gets a surprise.
Hope you’ll help spread the word–and enter if you like!
I’ve received a new shipment of bookmarks and shipped some to those of you who have sent me snail mail addresses.
If you haven’t emailed the info and would like to receive goodies, go to: vickihinze.com/contact and email me your street address.
Blessings and gratitude!
This week has been busy and challenging. I lost a dear friend on Monday and then yesterday lost a cousin to breast cancer. As a result, I’m a little behind at the moment.
Do want to share a couple of upcoming things:
1. Down and Dead in Dixie is being featured March 6th at Romance Junkies on their blog. If you have time and feel like posting a comment there, I’d appreciate it. Don’t have the exact URL yet.
2. My Evil Valentine is going on sale March 1st for 99 cents. This collection is all original stories and they aren’t available elsewhere. Also, this collection will be available only until 4/1. Then it’s gone. My story is Down and Dead in Even. It will be made available on its own after 4/1.
